Straight Talk wireless has a unique and valuable loyalty program called My Rewards. As a member you'll earn points that can be applied toward a Free Service Plan. This can heavily reduce the overall cost of your phone service and enables Straight Talk rewards members to benefit from some of the lowest cell phone service bills out there right now. Members also get special perks from Straight Talk from time to time, adding even more value to the program. We'll explain everything you need to know about how to earn and redeem Straight Talk rewards points…

Earning Points

When you become a member of My Rewards from Straight Talk, you'll start earning points from the very first purchase of a phone plan. You'll also earn points when you enroll in Straight Talk's Auto-Refill program, which keeps your service active by charging you automatically each month on the day your service would normally end. These phone plans are eligible for rewards-earning:

$30 All you need Card
$35 Service Plan
$45 Service Plan
$55 Service Plan
$60 Service Plan
$130 Service Plan
$255 Service Plan
$495 Service plan

Bonus Points

You can earn bonus points by being a Straight Talk member for 6 months, 12 monthss, 18 months, and 24 months consecutively. You will also have the opportunity to participate in special activities that are periodically offered by Straight Talk such as playing games, watching short video clips, sharing about Straight Talk on social media (up to 2 times per month), and by referring friends to join the Straight Talk service (also up to times per month).

Redeeming Points

Once you've earned at least 5,000 points, you can redeem them for a Free Straight Talk Service Plan. When you select this redemption option, the Service Plan will be added to your Reserve and your points balance will be reduced accordingly. Alternatively, you can redeem 6,000 points for $50 off the price of a new phone. Other redemption options include redeeming points for service enhancements like Free High Speed Internet. You should note that once points are earned, it takes 30 days for them to be usable. Also, you can't combine your points with other promotions or offers.

Points Expiration

Your Straight Talk rewards points will expire if your account slips into inactivity for 60 days and your points will be then deducted from your account automatically. You may be able to get them back, however, if your account becomes active within the next 60 days following your point forfeiture. If your Straight Talk account is linked to SoLoyal, you'll be notified in advance of any expirations so that you don't lose your points.

Refer-a-Friend Program

When you refer a friend who successfully joins Straight Talk using your Straight Talk Rewards Code, you'll earn 6,000 points and your friend will earn 5,000. You can generate your code by emailing, tweeting, or downloading your referral message from within your Straight Talk account. Please note that it may take 60 days for referral bonus points to be posted to your account and you can only earn points on a maximum of 2 referrals per month.
