You can also join the Red Lobster rewards program, My Red Lobster Rewards, which makes every visit even more valuable.

How does the loyalty program work?

As a member of My Red Lobster Rewards, you'll earn 1 point per $1 spent at Red Lobster. When you reach 125 points, you'll get your choice of a free menu item as a reward. You'll also get members-only coupons and offers, plus double points as you climb to higher status levels.

Sign Up Bonus

You'll get 75 points upon signing up for My Red Lobster Rewards. That means you'll be 60% of the way toward reaching your first reward as soon as you become a member.

Status Levels

There are 3 status levels in the My Red Lobster Rewards program, Red, Gold and Platinum.

Red Members

As soon as you create an account with Red Lobster you become a Red Member. This doesn't get you much except for special offers and coupons as you're essentially just joining their mailing list.

Gold Members

Once you complete your Red Lobster profile, you'll immediately be upgraded to Gold Status. You'll then start earning points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for rewards. You'll also get a Birthday Reward, and a Special Catch Reward four times per year. Lastly, Gold Members get Insider Information emailed to them from Red Lobster as well as bonus points opportunities.

Platinum Members

Platinum Membership starts when you earn a minimum of 300 points per year. You'll get all the perks afforded to Gold Members, with some additional benefits. For example, as a Platinum Member you'll get double points (2 points per $1) on all to-go orders placed directly through Red Lobster's website as well as early access to special promotions. If you're dining in, you'll also get Free Unlimited games on the tabletop devices found in Red Lobster restaurants.

How do I reach higher status levels?

If you join My Red Lobster Rewards through SoLoyal, you'll automatically earn Gold Status. We'll ensure that your profile is fully filled so you can skip right over Red Status and get all the Gold member benefits. Once you earn 300 points in a given year, you'll be automatically upgraded to Platinum Status.

Birthday Reward

As a Gold or Platinum member you'll get a reward each year on your Birthday. This reward expires 30 days after its issued, so it's best to use it as soon as you can. SoLoyal will let you know when your birthday reward is available and will also alert you before it expires.
