Forever Rewarded is the loyalty program of Forever 21. You automatically become a member when you apply and get approved for a credit card that is provided through Comenity Bank. We'll break down how to earn points and rewards as a Forever Rewarded Member, as well as how to apply for the Forever 21 Comenity Credit Card.

How to Earn Points

The Forever 21 Comenity Credit Card earns you 3 points per $1 spent at Forever 21, as well as points for spending money outside of the brand. For example, you'll earn 2 points per $1 spent on dining purchases and 1 point per $1 spent everywhere else.

How to Redeem

Each time you reach 300 points, you'll get a $5 reward voucher to be used at Forever 21. This certificate will appear in your Forever 21 account and it will also appear in your SoLoyal dashboard if your accounts are linked. Since you get 3 points per dollar, this $5 reward represents 5% back in savings at Forever 21.

Points & Rewards Expiration

Your Forever 21 points will expire 24 months after they're issued, and your rewards vouchers will expire 60 days after you receive them. If your Comenity Forever 21 rewards account is linked to SoLoyal, you'll be notified in advance of any points or rewards expirations.

Missing Points

Points can take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your account. If you don't see your points posted to your account within 60 days, you can contact Comenity Forever 21 support at 1-866-512-6286 or 1-866-412-5563 (for Visa cardholders) and they will help you track down your missing points. Just make sure you have the receipt relating to the points in question.

There are a number of benefits and bonuses that you'll get from opening a Comenity Forever 21 Credit Card and being a Forever Rewarded Member. We'll cover them all here…

20% Off Your First Purchase: When you open a Forever 21 credit card account with Comenity, you'll get 20% off your first purchase. This works on most items, except for the purchase of gift cards, as long as you use your Forever 21 Card to make the purchase.

15% Off Voucher: In addition to getting 20% off your first purchase, you'll also get a separate 15% off voucher issued to you within 10 days after opening the account. These offers cannot be combined.

Birthday Reward: Forever 21 issues a special Birthday Reward to all of its Forever Rewarded Members. Each year on your B-Day, you'll get a voucher for $10 off purchases of $25 or more. In order to qualify for this offer, your account has to have purchase activity within the 13 months prior to your birthday month. Also, note that if your membership started in your birth month, you'll get this coupon a month later.

Anniversary Bonuses: You'll get two annual 21% off anniversary bonuses. The first one takes place on your Forever Rewarded Membership Anniversary, provided you've made at least one purchase in the previous 13 months. You'll also get 21% off on Forever 21's birthday each April, unless you become a member in April, in which case you'll have to wait until the following year.

How do I apply?

You can find the official Forever Rewarded application on Comenity's website, where you'll be asked to fill in your mailing address and some other personal information, including your taxpayer ID number. You can also apply in-store, but you'll need to bring a government-issued photo ID if you choose to go that route. 

Please note that this loyalty program typically works for all your purchases at Forever 21, but some exceptions may apply.
