In April of 2021, The North Face replaced their long-standing VIPeak Rewards with XPLR Pass. The new program offers 1 point for every $1 spent at the North Face. When you reach 100 points, you'll get a $10 reward which means your overall earnings will be 10% back in rewards at The North Face.
In addition to this recurring $10 reward, XPLR Pass members will get an immediate 10% off just for joining the program, and a host of other benefits including early access to limited-edition products, opportunities to test new gear with members-only field tests, dedicated customer service, gifts on your birthday, bonus points opportunities, and more.
Please note that this loyalty program typically works for all your purchases at The North Face, but some exceptions may apply.

What are the XPLR Pass Rules?

As part of their membership program, The North Face provides 1 achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.
XPLR Pass awards its members 4 status levels. It has 2 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.
While members receive 10 Peak Points per $1 spent at thenorthface.com and The North Face retail stores, fewer points are earned per $1 spent at North Face Outlets. Regular members will receive 5 points per $1 spent for such purchases, Basecamp members will receive 6 points, Halfdome members will receive 7 points, and Summit members will receive 8 points.
