Container Store Rewards Relaunch

On March 31, 2022, The Container Store officially relaunched their loyalty program, changing its name from POP! to Organized Insider. The new program is a tier-based system where you can level up to new statuses based on how much you spend at The Container Store each year. You'll start your membership in the program at the Enthusiast level, which requires no minimum spend. The Experienced level starts when you've spent $300 per year and comes with a one-time 20% discount. You can then achieve the highest status level, Expert, when you've hit $1,000 in spending per year, at which point you'll get a one-time 25% discount. The new program launched with a special offer of $10 off a purchase of $75 or more.

What are the new rewards?

All members get a Container Store Birthday Reward ranging from a 15%-25% discount (increasing with your status level) as well as the same discount on an Insider Savings Day which occurs annually on a day of your choosing. Other benefits include bonus savings and sales, with discounts increasing according to your status level, and receipt free returns. Experienced and Expert level members have some special rewards that are not available to Enthusiasts. For example, If you've hit these tiers, you'll get first access to new products and collections as well as priority shopping events. Experts are entitled to a sepcial in-store gift at the end of the year, as well as invitations to special events like meet and greets with professional organizers.
