With SoLoyal you can automatically track your The Children's Place account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the My Place Rewards loyalty program.

As part of their membership program, The Children's Place provides 1 achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

My Place Rewards awards its members no status levels. It has 10 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

Transactions that can earn points include all purchases of merchandise and gift wrap services at The Children's Place stores located in the United States and Puerto Rico and online at childrensplace.com or gymboree.com.

To qualify for extra points on profile completion, you must complete your online profile under the My Account section of childrensplace.com or gymboree.com.

You can earn extra points when you write a review of a product you have purchased at childrensplace.com or gymboree.com. There is a limit one review per customer (per membership) per month. You must be logged into your My Place Rewards account and provide a product review through the Order Details section of your account.

Take a feedback survey to receive extra points. This is a one-time activity; limit one per customer (per membership). To qualify, you must be logged into your My Place Rewards account and click through the Take a Feedback Survey model on the Earn Extra Points page. Any surveys completed without clicking through the model on the Earn Extra Points page will not be eligible for extra points.

To join The Birthday Club, you must log in to your account, select Profile Information and scroll to the Birthday Savings section. Click Add Birthday Info and you can add up to 4 birthdays.

To qualify for Birthday Extra Points, you must add a child’s birthday under the My Account section of childrensplace.com or gymboree.com. Birthday information must be registered at least 4-6 weeks prior to your child’s birthday to receive the birthday savings.

From your member Account or valid email, you can print the Reward Certificate, show the Reward Certificate from a mobile device in store, or apply it to an online purchase using the certificate web code.

Birthday Rewards will be available in your online account. In order to redeem, you will need to provide a printout of the birthday savings coupon code (or show your mobile device in stores) at the time of purchase.
