As part of their membership program, Nordstrom Rack provides 4 achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

The Nordy Club awards its members 4 status levels. It has 5 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

To earn points in store, give the mobile number associated with your Nordy Club account to your salesperson. For an online purchase, make sure your mobile number was added at checkout.

If you have an existing Nordstrom.com account, make sure you add the phone number associated with your Nordy Club account so you can earn points on all your future purchases.

Curbside Pickup for online orders is available with the Nordstrom app at participating Nordstrom stores.

Free basic alterations at Nordstrom applies on regular-priced items purchased at Nordstrom and Trunk Club.

First access and 25% off red-tag clearance items applies at Nordstrom Rack's "Clear the Rack" sale.

Double points days are scheduled through Nordstrom's website.

An in-home stylist is available to Ambassador level members once per calendar year. A Nordstrom Stylist will come to your home to edit your closet with you, offer expert styling advice and tailoring services.

When you reach 2,000 points a $20 reward will be automatically added to your Nordstrom account online. If you're signed up for Nordstrom emails, you'll receive an email letting you know when you've unlocked a $20 Note.

Points can also be redeemed at 500 ($5), 1,000 ($10) and 1,500 ($15) within the Nordstrom app.

Points can be redeemed like cash in stores and online at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack or HauteLook.
