I forgot to add a BevMo! purchase. What do I do?
You may be able to recover points or redeem rewards you should have earned for a purchase. Email BevMo! customer service through the form on their website and include the following formation from your receipt: your name, your phone number and/or ClubBev! account number, store location, transaction date, register number, invoice number and the total amount of the sale.

As part of their membership program, BevMo! provides 1 achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.
ClubBev! awards its members no status levels. It has 5 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.
If you are shopping at a BevMo! store, use your telephone number to identify yourself as a ClubBev! member. When shopping online, if you are logged into your ClubBev! account, you will automatically receive points.
Qualifying Purchases include both regular and sale priced merchandise in BevMo! stores and online.
The 5% Savings Reward is not valid with any other offers or employee discounts.
To redeem your 5% Savings Rewards in store you must provide it at the time of purchase. To redeem your reward online you will need to enter the reward's unique identifier when completing the checkout process.
