As part of their membership program, CVS Pharmacy provides no achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

ExtraCare awards its members 2 status levels. It has 2 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

Rewards of 2% back on purchases accumulate and pay out on your receipt, at the ExtraCare Coupon Center or through CVS.com in January, April, July and October.

There are also different kinds of ExtraBucks Rewards. Some rewards print directly on your receipt when you make a qualifying purchase.

Please note that members who do not spend $50 in qualifying purchases or who do not otherwise reach a minimum of $1.00 in ExtraBucks Rewards by the end of an earning period will not receive rewards and will not have their earnings carried over.

To redeem, present your rewards coupon and associated ExtraCare account information to a cashier on a subsequent transaction.
