Join Chopt Rewards for FREE!

When you join Chopt Rewards, you'll get points for every purchase you make, and earning and redeeming is a breeze. Just identify yourself as a member when placing an order in a Chopt store, or make sure you're signed into your Chopt account if you're ordering online. You'll then be credited with points for your visit.

What are the rewards?

You'll get a $9 reward for every $99 spent at Chopt as a loyalty program member. This is effectively a 9% redemption rate on your points, which can really help you save money over the long run. On top of that, you'll also earn a $5 Birthday Reward each year on your big day. As long as you have your birthday registered in your Chopt profile, you can expect this reward to hit your account no more than a week after your actual birthday.

Do my rewards expire?

Since your $9 reward is a recurring reward, your balance will reset to $0 each time you hit your reward. However, every 150 days, progress toward the $9 award expires and you'll go back to $0 even if you haven't redeemed anything yet. Once you do receive a reward, it's only valid for 60 days. Birthday rewards are only valid for 30 days.

What if I forgot to tell them I'm a member?

If you made a purchase at Chopt but forget to inform them that you're a member of the Chopt Rewards loyalty program, you can get your points credited to your account retroactively. You'll just have to email your receipt to Chopt Customer Support at [email protected].
