While shopping at Casey's is already a superb value, Casey's Rewards is designed to enhance your shopping experience by rewarding the chain's most loyal shoppers. Recent Update

Since the program's relaunch in May of 2023, Casey's Rewards has been keeping its members rewarded in a big way. And with strong earnings mechanisms already in palace (think Box Top Program), the brand has put its focus on attracting new loyalty members and bringing them into the fold. One of the key initiatives for the loyalty program is indeed the emphasis on Casey's pizza, and it has been recently announced that nearly half of Casey's thin-crust pizza sales are generated from new customers. Many of these customers are new enrollees into Casey's Rewards, proving that the program has an immediate payoff for both the brand and its members, who can begin racking up points and box tops on every order.

Program & App Relaunch

In May 2023, Casey's revamped its loyalty program and app, offering a more user-friendly experience. Members can easily track points, redeem rewards, and see savings accrued from their purchases. The program allows members to earn points for various purchases, including fuel and select in-store items, which can be redeemed for store credit, fuel discounts, or donations to local schools. The enhanced Casey's app now includes quicker redemption options, personalized offers, and referral codes for bonus points. With over 6 million members, Casey's is regarded as a top-tier loyalty program in the U.S. Here are some ways in which the Casey's loyalty program and app can help you:

• Improved User Interface: The app now has a refreshed design and user experience, making it easier for members to navigate, track points, and redeem rewards.


• Quick Redeem Options: The addition of quick redemption options allows members to easily choose their desired rewards from a simple and navigable menu.


• Personalized Offers: The updated app provides personalized offers, tailoring rewards and deals that are based on individual preferences and shopping behaviors. This customization wasn't as prominent or efficient in the prior iteration of Casey's Rewards.


• Shareable Referral Codes: The introduction of shareable referral codes allows existing members to invite friends, earning bonus points in the process. This social aspect was absent before the update and is a win-win for Casey's and its loyalty program members.

Having surpassed 6 million members, Casey's Rewards is highly successful. And, with more than a third of Casey's transactions now coming from loyalty members, it's clear that members are getting value out of their benefits and increasing their loyalty to the brand.

How it Works

As soon as you join Casey's Rewards, you'll start earning 10 points for every $1 you spend at the convenience store chain and 5 points for every gallon of fuel you purchase. There are other opportunities to earn points during promotional periods, but these are sporadic and typically can't be predicted ahead of time.

What are the rewards?

You can redeem your Casey's Rewards points for Fuel Discounts, Free Pizza, Donation Opportunities, or Casey's Cash, which are rewards vouchers that can be spent on Casey's purchases. We'll break down how to earn and redeem each of these rewards.

Redemption Options

Once you hit the required amount of points for a particular reward, you have to officially mark them as redeemed. They will then be converted into a balance within your account. Balances could be Casey's Cash or a Fuel Discount Balance. You can also choose a Cash for Classrooms donation, which allocates money to schools via Casey's grant program. You must redeem a minimum of 250 points overall per reward redemption, with the option of redeeming rewards in additional increments of 50 points. How to Redeem

You can redeem your Casey's rewards in-store, online, over the phone, or directly at the pump. Here is how to redeem your rewards for each of these redemption scenarios:

New Casey's Pizza Box Tops Program

The original Casey's Rewards featured a Pizza Box Tops redemption program where you would physically bring the top of each cardboard Pizza Box back to Casey's to prove that you ordered it. In December 2019, Casey's announced that the Box Top program would be transitioned to a digital version starting on July 1, 2020.

Starting July 1, 2020, anyone with an online Casey's Rewards account can start accumulating digital Box Tops for every Large Pizza ordered. Once you reach 10 Box Tops, you'll automatically be credited with a Free Large Pizza that can be redeemed on your next purchase. Just keep in mind that the redemption purchase must be made within 60 days of achieving your Free Pizza Reward. Also, the Free Large Pie must have a value of $16.99 or less in order to be eligible for redemption, and you cannot earn and redeem a free pizza in the same transaction.

Exclusions & Limits

Casey's Rewards members are allowed a pretty large window within which rewards can be earned. Most items are rewards-eligible with exclusions being limited to alcohol, tobacco and nicotine products, lottery, lotto, video poker and gift cards / prepaid cards. A maximum of 10 transactions per day are eligible to earn points.
