Carl's Jr.'s loyalty program was launched on March 23, 2022 by its parent company, CKE Restaurants. The program is called My Rewards and members earn 10 points (known as Stars) for every $1 you spend, which can be redeemed for free food. Membership comes with tons of other great perks, too, and we'll break down everything you need to know about earning rewards in My Rewards loyalty program from Carl's Jr..

How to Earn Points

You'll earn 10 points per $1 you spend at Carl's Jr., and this is largely applicable on digital orders when you're logged into your rewards account. Delivery orders also earn points, as long as they're placed directly with Carl's Jr. and not through a third party. You can also earn points on orders placed at participating Carl's Jr. restaurants, but this requires entering the 13-digit code found on your receipt into the Carl's Jr. App or website. If you're going this route, make sure to enter the code within 72 hours of ordering, or you won't be able to earn points for your purchase. Also, if you have any receipts left over from the days prior to officially joining the program, please note that you can't get credited for those purchases. Can't find the 13-digit code? That means that particular Carl's Jr. restaurant does not participate in the My Rewards program and you won't be able to earn points on that order.

Immediately after becoming a member of My Rewards, you'll get a free Western Bacon Cheeseburger, Famous Star, or Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich with any Carl's Jr. purchase. In addition, you'll earn 20 points (instead of 10) on all your Carl's Jr. purchases through May 17, 2022.

Where are my points?

After making an eligible purchase, you should see the points post to your account within an hour. There are periods when it can take a bit longer, so if you don't see your points right away you should give it a full day before reaching out to Carl's Jr. support.

How to Redeem

When you reach 150 points, you'll be able to redeem them for a free menu item from Carl's Jr., and if you've reached the 300 and 500 point level, you'll get even more menu options to choose from. The way redemption works is that Carl's Jr. will send you a reward coupon which you can apply within the Carl's Jr. App or website when creating your order. This means that you can't redeem rewards on orders placed within the restaurant. Also, note that you can't redeem more than one reward per order.

Rewards and Points Expiration

Your Carl's Jr. points expire 1 year after they're earned. It's important to note that Carl's Jr. may not actually let you know that your points are in danger of expiring. But if you have your My Rewards account linked to SoLoyal, you'll be alerted before any of your Carl's Jr. points or rewards expire.

Program Benefits

In addition to the 10 points per dollar you'll earn at Carl's Jr., you'll also get special offers that are exclusive to members and first access to new menu items. Carl's Jr. will also provide bonus points opportunities from time to time so that you can reach your next reward even faster.
