Excellence Rewards stands for a higher level of value meaning you'll be treated to some fantastic rewards as an Excellence Collection Rewards member. Members get complimentary upgrades to hotel suites at Beloved Hotels and you'll also be able to class it up with a premium bottle of champagne.

Excellence Rewards Program

Eligibility to join the Excellence Rewards Program originally started with Beloved Hotels bookings made after January 1, 2018. At any given point in time, your previous 4 years of stays count toward your status in the program.

Excellence Rewards Benefits

There are 4 status levels in the Excellence Rewards program: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you level up in the program, you'll get more valuable benefits with every step. For example, Silver members receive a Welcome Gift, 15% Spa Discount at Beloved Hotels, and a 20% discount on photo sessions. Gold Excellence Rewards members get all the benefits of Silver, plus free sweet treats, a free flower arrangement, a cheese platter and a bottle of wine.

Once you make it to Platinum Status in Excellence Rewards, you'll get the additional benefits of a free suite upgrade and a bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne, which in and of itself is a very valuable reward. Diamond Members get a double-category suite upgrade at Beloved Hotels as well as a Diamond Ritual spa treatment.

Excellence Rewards Benefits Expiration

Your Excellence Rewards benefits are recalculated on a yearly basis, taking the previous 4 years worth of hotel stays into account. That means that each January 1, Excellence Rewards will look back at all your stays at Beloved Hotels and its sister properties. These stays will be factored in when determining your current status level.

Excellence Rewards Card

After joining the program, many members ask whether or not they will receive an Excellence Rewards card. Physical cards are not given out, but you can easily get all of your Excellence Rewards account info online. In fact if you've got your account linked to SoLoyal, you'll see all your Excellence Rewards displayed in one place. You won't need to install the Excellence Rewards app or even remember your password because SoLoyal will take care of everything for you.

Access Your Excellence Rewards Account

Your Excellence Rewards account is available on the Beloved Hotels website but SoLoyal ensures you always have your account info handy when you're staying on property.
