How to Earn Rewards

When you open a Comenity AllModern Credit Card you'll earn 5% back on all your purchases at AllModern, 3% back on all grocery store purchases, 2% on all online purchases and 1% on all other purchases.

How to Redeem

Your percentage credit will be issued in the form of Rewards Dollars which will appear in your account as soon as 48 hours after making a purchase from AllModern. Note that if you make a purchase outside of AllModern, your Rewards Credit may not appear until your next billing cycle (up to 45 days). Once your Rewards Dollars have posted to your account, they can be redeemed at checkout. Note that you can redeem a maximum of $2,500 Rewards Dollars per month.

Points & Rewards Expiration

Your AllModern Comenity Credit Card Rewards dollars do not expire.

Missing Points

Points can take up to 45 days to appear in your account. If you don't see your Rewards Dollars posted to your account within 45 days, you can contact Comenity AllModern support at 1–866–513–5795 and they will help you track down your missing points. Just make sure you have the receipt relating to the points in question.

No-Interest Financing

If you'd like an alternative rewards option, you can choose no-interest financing on purchases made with your AllModern Credit Card. If you choose this option, you won't be earning Rewards Dollars on your purchase and you'll instead get up to 24 months to pay it off. The amount of time allotted to pay without interest depends on the purchase amount. For example, orders over $199 qualify for 6-month financing, orders over $499 qualify for 12-month financing, orders over $1,499 qualify for 18-month financing, and orders over $2,999 qualify for the full 24-month no-interest financing option. One note of warning here: Make sure to pay off your full balance within your no-interest financing period. If not, you'll be charged interest dating back to the original purchase date.

You can get your application started on the AllModern website. Just be aware that by applying, you are making a hard inquiry on your credit, which has been known to negatively impact your credit score.

You can pay your bill online or by phone at 1-800-365-2714.
